As the Director of Clinical Services at Titan Workforce Solutions, I am focused on delivering highly qualified healthcare professionals and exceptional staffing solutions to our clients. I oversee clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance to maintain the highest standards of care. My role includes providing support to clients, internal teams, and traveling healthcare professionals—whether it’s through pre-screening candidates, coaching, addressing clinical concerns, or guiding quality improvement efforts. With 28 years of healthcare experience, including 22 as a Registered Nurse, I bring a strong foundation in both patient care and healthcare operations. My background includes extensive time at Methodist Hospital and Methodist Women’s Hospital in Omaha, where I served in critical care and leadership roles. Since transitioning into healthcare staffing in 2022, I’ve advanced from Clinical Nurse Liaison to Director of Clinical Services, now leading our Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Credentialing teams. I’m passionate about using my clinical expertise to ensure our professionals are fully prepared to deliver high-quality care across every facility we serve.
