  • Early Extension Requests: To maximize continuity of care, we send early extension requests to clients at 60 and 30 days prior to the assignment end date.
  • Return Traveler Requests: When previous travelers have performed well, we proactively reach out to vendors to see if they are available to return to the client.
  • Performance Appraisals: We conduct performance appraisals following each assignment to provide valuable feedback and identify areas for improvement.
